Guppy habitat

Today ryanne got a plant for her guppy to tank to help with have more oxygen. The plant will help keep the tank clean too.

Best of all now the tank is a more real habitat for our guppies. Now the babies have a good place to hide. Next we need to get the water to stay warm because it is almost autumn and our house gets chilly.

Today we started our fish habitat and introduced 2 guppies. A girl guppy named sleeping beauty and a boy guppy called  Ginger Snap.

One advantage of learning at home is that we can snuggle in our blankets while we learn when everyone wakes up not feeling well.

While Ry is attending some preschool time with friends... we are also learning at home to help develop some routines for homeschooling in the future.

Ry's favourite activity is hands down PAINTING.

We need to explore using different paper types so far she has used cardboard, paper, coffee filters, and tissue paper for her painting adventures.

Valentine's day hearts

Painted valentine's day hearts and making purple paint.

Playdough

Hands on fun with blue and yellow playdough. Sometimes we make a variety of home made sculpting doughs and sometimes we just pull out some Hasbro Playdough.

Today Ry mixed blue playdough and yellow playdough to create her own shades of green playdough. Then we added the words: blue, yellow, and blue to our word key chain.

Our playdough inventory has been getting pretty low so we might have to stock up on our Hasbro Playdough soon.
